Cooper, The Bug
In early 2016, we had a thought - "What if we build a giant cupcake on top of Josh's 1973 Volkswagen Bug?" And so it began! The giant cupcake was built and The Cupcake Bug ™ was born, making its debut in May of that same year at the Ellington Farmer's Market. We immediately went from selling a few dozen weekly to hundreds. Since then "Cooper" (as he was affectionately named in a community naming contest) has served cupcakes at countless birthday parties, company events, graduation parties, weddings and festivals.
